The decision was reached via a vote; we’re off on discussing:

1. What are the bottom line benefits of being knowledge-driven in an
organisation?
2. What would this mean operationally?

There are holes in these questions, which will be interesting to pick out. We chose to leave it un-specific deliberately in keeping with the general format of the forums (ie I’m not going to analyse the question and break it up before kicking off the thread).
