I recommend you watch it. It was fascinating, and his passing comment about participation metrics for youtube and flickr got me all over excited and have kicked off a new metrics conversation looking to delve beyond page views and community growth figures and into relationships. Brilliant – but that was my take-away from the gig – there were also lots of excellent videos of games too.
