		<description>No it&#039;s OK - I wasn&#039;t suggesting that anything was afoot, was merely working the idea in a number of directions to see how it came out - and working out all the different tones of voice we have in publishing our own thoughts, and where the boundaries are. I suspect that the same rules apply to freelancers as to full time employees - and that some things just aren&#039;t said in public... will press on with the lessons learnt though!</description>

Re public/private (personas). Some things you project as part of your professional role, some not. For good business reasons. I can&#039;t project all I&#039;d like about my employer, not without terminally hurting some careers, mine included. 

But there is things you can: partner / supplier / agent experiences are usually postable and appreciated by third parties within the same space as great reference material and &quot;lessons learned&quot;. Just make sure you use the right terms so as to avoid getting in trouble (we have a policy about that at Macuarium: just don&#039;t use any word in the Civil or Criminal codes unless you&#039;ve already sued).

Another idea. As an independent agent whose values are part of your selling points, you can probably show the way you think and what irks you. I guess :-).
